Q: HOW TO ORDER via our website?
① Add to Cart your orders. Quantity may be adjusted from the Cart
② Proceed to Check Out.
- Settle payment (payment options indicated)
- Choose Delivery Method (regular courier / Self Pick Up / Grab / Lalamove)
③ For personalized leather accessories (name engraving), send details via email: orders@madelokalbymelissa.com, or indicate in the Instruction box in 'Your cart' page --
- genuine leather items
- with logo (company logo or wedding monogram) engraving
- for modification or alteration such as change in size, change in color of material, etc.
- part of 'Other Items' collection which are for corporate/bulk orders only
For Shopee / Lazada orders: same process of adding items to cart and proceeding to Check Out. Send engraving details via platform's chat box within 24 hours, otherwise we will send items with no engraving.

Q: WHERE DO I SEND MY ENGRAVING REQUEST? WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?
For items under Personalized Leather Accessories --
Send the engraving details within 24 hours through the Instructions Box in 'Your cart' page. or via email: orders@madelokalbymelissa.com
For Shopee / Lazada orders: Send engraving details via platform's chat box.
Important: If no details has been received, we will proceed in shipping the item/s with NO name/engraving.
Send the following details:
(1). Products name and/or color
(2). Name to be engraved
(3). Font style or Monogram Style (whichever is applicable). Refer to product photos
Free name engraving. We use LASER to engrave on our items. No foil or ink.
Engraving lead time is 5 to 7 days; Peak season (November-December) expect 10 to 15 days. Lead time for bulk order will depend on quantity.
Q: CAN I CHOOSE ITEMS FOR MY GIFT SET? or ADD ITEMS FOR THE GIFT SET?

Q: DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR BULK ORDERS?
Yes, discount starts for 6 orders or more for selected items. Bigger discount if you order more. Discount is automatically deducted upon website Check Out.
For >50 pcs. order of same item, you may email us for a quotation at orders@madelokalbymelissa.com.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT BULK OR CORPORATE ORDERS, DO YOU ISSUE RECEIPT?
Yes, company logos and wedding monograms may be engraved. For quotation request and to discuss item specifications, email us at orders@madelokalbymelissa.com or Viber message us at 0945 450 0198.
We are DTI-BIR Registered with valid business permits. We are also PhilGEPS Accredited.
Q: WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payments may be settled via --
- Fund transfers / bank deposits (GCash, GrabPay, BDO, and BPI)
- Credit card payments
- Debit card payments
Q: HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?
For orders placed via our website, we usually use J&T courier service (regular courier). Shipping rates start at PhP 80 for Metro Manila, and PhP 120 for outside Metro Manila/provincial areas.
Shipping Fee will depend on the weight and size of the item and your delivery address/location.
For Grab/Lalamove rates, use Made Lokal by Melissa as location pin.
Q: WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PERIOD*?
Metro Manila deliveries are estimated at 2 to 3 days upon ship out.
Provincial deliveries usually take >5 days depending on location.
Note: We use 3rd party courier service, and we DO NOT have any control over the delivery process including delivery schedule.
Expect delay in deliveries by November and December when there is a surge, and when there are calamities such as typhoons.
For Shopee and Lazada orders -- refer to platform's estimate delivery period.
Q: DO YOU HAVE SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE?
Grab/Lalamove delivery may be arranged by client once items are confirmed ready for pick up. Client may opt to pick up orders from our shop in Marikina.
For Pick Up arrangements (Self Pick Up / Grab / Lalamove), choose Pick Up as the Delivery Method upon website Check Out.
Note that client shoulders delivery fee.
Q: ARE YOUR SHOES TRUE TO SIZE? DO YOU HAVE HALF SIZES?
Shoes are generally true to size. For wide feet, we suggest to size up (+1).
For half sizes with wide feet, round off to next size.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We no longer have physical stores. All orders are to be placed via our online stores (website / Shopee / Lazada).
For website orders, items may be picked up from our shop in Marikina.
We have a small manufacturing shop but we do not have a showroom or visitor's area. We can only accommodate ocular visits for companies or individuals who would like to validate legitimacy of business.

Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS & EXCHANGE?
Yes. Please refer to Returns and Exchange link at the bottom of webpage. Terms and conditions apply.
SHOES - Please notify us within 3 calendar days upon receipt of item/s. Then, return shoes within 7 calendar days.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS - Please notify us upon receipt of item/s if there is an error on our part or if the item is damaged. We will replace the wrong or damaged item/s.
