Q: HOW TO ORDER via our website?

① Add to Cart your orders. Quantity may be adjusted from the Cart

② Proceed to Check Out.

- Settle payment (payment options indicated). Bank details and QR Code in FAQs section

- Choose Delivery Method (regular courier / Self Pick Up / Grab / Lalamove)

③ For personalized leather accessories, send details via email: orders@madelokalbymelissa.com, or indicate in the Instruction box in 'Your cart' page --

No minimum order required in general. Minimum Order Requirement (MOQ) only applies if order is:

• genuine leather items
• with logo (company logo or wedding monogram) engraving
• for modification or alteration such as change in size, change in color of material, etc.
• part of 'Other Items' collection which are for corporate/bulk orders only

NOTE: For items under the 'Other Items' collection, please send us an email at inquiry@madelokalbymelissa.com.

For Shopee / Lazada orders: same process of adding items to cart and proceeding to Check Out. Send engraving details via platform's chat box within 24 hours, otherwise we will send items with no engraving.
